How do I pay on Topcoder?

Topcoder uses Stripe to process all payments.  Just add in your credit card information, and you're ready to launch work!

How does the suggested pricing for my challenge get calculated?

Our AI assistant pulls data from over 10,000 challenges along with current market rates to recommend a price that will draw the best talent to complete your work.  

Is the recommended price the amount a customer has to pay?

The customer always has the final say in the price!  A customer can choose to pay more to optimize their solutions, or pay less for non-critical work. 

What does the price include?

The price includes both Topcoder's fee as well as the option to select up to three winners for your challenge.  The fee remains fixed, whether you choose one winning solution or three.  This allows Topcoder the flexibility in providing the best possible submissions for you to choose from.

What is your solution guarantee?

The customer will only pay for a solution that meets - or exceeds - their expectations.  If no solutions meet the requirements, your payment will be refunded to you.  This is our Topcoder guarantee! 

Does a customer have to pay to launch their work?

Yes, a payment is required to launch your work to our global talent network.  However, we guarantee that you'll find a solution that meets your expectations.
